هذه السياسة تشرح بلغة واضحة: أي بيانات يجمعها تطبيق فزعات، ولماذا يجمعها، ومن يراها ومتى، وأين تُخزَّن، وكم تبقى، وكيف تطلب حذفها.This policy explains, in plain language: what data the FAZAT app collects, why it collects it, who sees it and when, where it is stored, how long it stays, and how you ask for it to be deleted.

من نحنWho we are

يشغّل تطبيق فزعات ويديره [الاسم القانوني للمالك]، وهو شخص طبيعي مقيم في إمارة دبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. نشير إليه في هذه السياسة بـ«نحن» أو «المشغّل»، وهو الجهة المتحكّمة في البيانات الشخصية التي يجمعها التطبيق.FAZAT is operated and run by [OWNER LEGAL NAME], an individual resident in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy calls him "we" or "the operator". He is the controller of the personal data the app collects.

فزعات مبادرة تطوّعية تربط سائقاً تعطّلت مركبته بأفراد من الجمهور يتطوّعون بمساعدته. ليست شركة سطحة، وليست خدمة طوارئ، ولا بديلاً عن الشرطة أو الإسعاف. راجع «شروط الاستخدام».FAZAT is a volunteer initiative that connects a driver whose vehicle has broken down with members of the public who offer to help. It is not a towing company, it is not an emergency service, and it is not a substitute for the police or the ambulance service. See the Terms of Service.

طلب المساعدة بدون حسابAsking for help without an account

طالب المساعدة لا يحتاج إلى حساب أبداً: لا بريد إلكتروني، ولا كلمة مرور، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا رقم يُوثَّق برسالة.A person asking for help never needs an account: no email, no password, no sign-in, no SMS verification.

المتطوّعون وحدهم يملكون حسابات، وتُفتح ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور.Only volunteers hold accounts, opened with an email address and a password.

ولأن طالب المساعدة بلا حساب، فإن قائمة طلباته محفوظة على جهازه هو داخل ذاكرة التطبيق. ويُربط جهازه بالخادم عبر رمز تعريف عشوائي لا يحمل اسمه ولا رقمه.Because the requester has no account, the list of their requests is kept on their own device, inside the app. Their device is linked to the server by a random identifier that carries neither their name nor their number.

هذا اختيار متعمّد: كلما قلّ ما نطلبه منك، قلّ ما يمكن أن يضيع منك.This is deliberate: the less we ask of you, the less there is to lose.

البيانات التي نجمعهاThe data we collect

من طالب المساعدة، عند إرسال طلب: اسمك، رقم هاتفك، نوع المركبة وطرازها ولونها، رقم اللوحة ورمزها والإمارة الصادرة منها، نوع العطل، درجة الاستعجال، ملاحظتك المكتوبة، الصور ومقاطع الفيديو التي ترفعها، وموقعك الجغرافي الدقيق.From the requester, when a request is sent: your name, your phone number, your vehicle make, model and colour, your licence plate number, plate code and issuing emirate, the type of problem, how urgent it is, your free-text note, the photos and videos you upload, and your precise GPS location.

من المتطوّع، عند إنشاء الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الإمارة، وصف مركبته، وأنواع الأعطال التي يستطيع التعامل معها. كلمة المرور يديرها مزوّد المصادقة مشفّرة، ولا نراها ولا نخزّنها عندنا.From the volunteer, when the account is created: name, email address, phone number, emirate, a description of their vehicle, and the problem types they are equipped to handle. The password is held encrypted by the authentication provider; we never see it and never store it ourselves.

من المتطوّع أثناء تنفيذ الطلب: موقعه الجغرافي إن وافق على مشاركته، والصور التي يرفعها بعد وصوله.From the volunteer while a request is running: their GPS location if they agree to share it, and any photos they upload after arriving.

من الجهاز تلقائياً: رمز الإشعارات الخاص بالجهاز، ونوع الجهاز ونظام تشغيله ونسخة التطبيق، وسجلّات الأعطال البرمجية إن حدث خلل في التطبيق.From the device, automatically: the push notification token for that device, the device model, operating system and app version, and crash logs if the app fails.

ما نكتبه نحن: حالة الطلب وتوقيت كل تغيّر فيها، وهوية المتطوّع الذي قبله، والتقييمات والمراجعات، والبلاغات وقوائم الحظر.What we write ourselves: the request status and the time of every change to it, which volunteer accepted it, ratings and reviews, and reports and block lists.

ما لا نجمعه: أرقام الهوية الإماراتية، وأرقام الجوازات، وبيانات بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية، وبيانات صحية، وجهات اتصالك، وقائمة تطبيقاتك، وتاريخ تصفّحك. لا تكتب أياً من هذا في خانة الملاحظات.What we do not collect: Emirates ID numbers, passport numbers, bank or card details, health data, your contacts, your installed app list, and your browsing history. Do not type any of these into the notes field.

الموقع الجغرافيLocation

الموقع الدقيق هو جوهر الخدمة. بدونه لا يعرف أحد أين يجدك، ولا معنى للطلب أصلاً.Precise location is the heart of the service. Without it nobody knows where to find you, and the request has no meaning.

نطلب إذن الموقع من نظام تشغيل جهازك، ولا نقرأ موقعك إلا بعد أن تمنحه.We request the location permission from your device’s operating system, and we do not read your location until you grant it.

إن رفضت الإذن فالطلب يعمل: تحدّد موقعك يدوياً بتحريك دبوس على الخريطة. لن نمنعك من استخدام الخدمة لأنك رفضت.If you refuse the permission, the request still works: you set your location by hand by dragging a pin on the map. We will not lock you out of the service for saying no.

قبل أن يقبل أحد طلبك، يرى المتطوّعون موقع الطلب على الخريطة والمسافة بينهم وبينه — بدون اسمك وبدون رقمك.Before anyone accepts your request, volunteers see the request location on the map and how far it is from them — without your name and without your number.

موقعك مرتبط بالطلب نفسه، ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر: لا إعلانات، ولا تحليلات سلوكية، ولا بناء ملف عن تحرّكاتك.Your location is attached to the request itself. We do not use it for anything else: no advertising, no behavioural analytics, no profile of your movements.

لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية ولا خارج دورة حياة الطلب.We do not track your location in the background, and we do not track it outside the life of a request.

الصور ومقاطع الفيديوPhotos and video

كل طلب يحتاج صورة واحدة على الأقل، ويمكنك إضافة مقاطع فيديو. الغرض واحد: أن يفهم المتطوّع الحالة قبل أن يتحرّك، فلا يأتي بلا العدّة المناسبة.Every request needs at least one photo, and you can add videos. The purpose is single: so the volunteer understands the situation before setting off, and does not arrive without the right equipment.

نطلب إذن الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور من نظام التشغيل. نصل إلى الصور التي تختارها أنت فقط، لا إلى مكتبتك كلها.We request the camera and photo library permissions from the operating system. We access only the files you pick, not your whole library.

تُخزَّن الملفات في مساحة تخزين خاصة مغلقة. لا يُوصل إليها إلا عبر بوّابة تتحقّق من صلاحية طالب الملف قبل أن تمرّره.Files are held in a private, closed storage bucket. They are reachable only through a gateway that checks the requester’s authorisation before passing the file through.

لا يوجد رابط عام لأي صورة أو مقطع. لا تظهر ملفاتك في معرض عام، ولا في نتائج بحث، ولا يستطيع من لا يملك الصلاحية فتحها.No photo or video has a public link. Your files never appear in a public gallery, never appear in search results, and cannot be opened by anyone without authorisation.

من يراها: المتطوّعون الذين يتصفّحون هذا الطلب، والمتطوّع الذي يقبله. لا تُعرض في أي مكان آخر داخل التطبيق.Who sees them: volunteers browsing this request, and the volunteer who accepts it. They are shown nowhere else in the app.

انتبه لما يظهر في الخلفية قبل أن تصوّر: وجوه الناس، لوحات مركبات أخرى، وثائق فيها بياناتك. لا ترفع ما لا تريد أن يراه غيرك.Before you shoot, look at what is in the frame behind you: other people’s faces, other vehicles’ plates, documents carrying your details. Do not upload what you would not want another person to see.

بيانات لوحة المركبةLicence plate data

نجمع رقم اللوحة ورمزها والإمارة الصادرة منها لسبب واحد: أن يتعرّف المتطوّع على مركبتك من بعيد فلا يقف عند مركبة غيرها، خصوصاً في مكان مزدحم أو مظلم.We collect the plate number, plate code and issuing emirate for one reason: so the volunteer can recognise your vehicle from a distance and does not pull up beside somebody else’s, especially somewhere crowded or dark.

نعامل بيانات اللوحة كبيانات شخصية، لأنها قد تقود إلى صاحب المركبة.We treat plate data as personal data, because it may lead back to the owner of the vehicle.

لا نستعلم بها عن أي سجلّ حكومي، ولا نطابقها مع أي قاعدة بيانات مرورية، ولا نستخدمها لتحديد هوية أحد، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع معلنين، ولا مع شركات تأمين، ولا مع ورش.We do not query any government record with it, we do not match it against any traffic database, we do not use it to identify anyone, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers, insurers or garages.

تخضع لقاعدة الحجب نفسها: لا يراها إلا من يتصفّح طلبك من المتطوّعين والمتطوّع الذي يقبله.It follows the same masking rule: it is seen only by volunteers browsing your request and by the volunteer who accepts it.

الإشعارات ورمز الجهازNotifications and the device token

نرسل إشعارات لتخبرك بما يهمّك فقط: قبول طلبك، وتحرّك المتطوّع، ووصوله، وإغلاق الطلب. وللمتطوّع: وصول طلب جديد قريب منه.We send notifications only about what matters to you: your request being accepted, the volunteer setting off, the volunteer arriving, and the request closing. And for volunteers: a new request near them.

لهذا نحفظ رمز إشعارات خاصاً بجهازك. الرمز يعرّف الجهاز لا الشخص، ونستعمله للإشعارات وحدها.To do that we store a push notification token for your device. The token identifies the device, not the person, and we use it for notifications alone.

تستطيع إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت، وسيبقى التطبيق يعمل — لكنك ستعرف التحديثات عند فتحه فقط.You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time and the app keeps working — you will simply see updates when you open it rather than as they happen.

الإشعارات ليست قناة تسويق. لا نرسل إعلانات، ولا عروضاً، ولا رسائل من طرف ثالث.Notifications are not a marketing channel. We do not send adverts, offers, or third-party messages.

من يرى بياناتك ومتى يُرفع الحجبWho sees your data, and when the masking lifts

هذا أهم بند في السياسة. اقرأه كاملاً.This is the most important section in this policy. Read all of it.

قبل القبول: اسمك ورقم هاتفك محجوبان. يرى المتطوّعون نوع العطل، ووصف المركبة ولوحتها، والصور، والموقع، وملاحظتك — ولا يرون اسمك ولا رقمك.Before acceptance: your name and phone number are masked. Volunteers see the problem type, the vehicle description and plate, the photos, the location and your note — they do not see your name and they do not see your number.

لحظة القبول: يقبل الطلبَ متطوّعٌ واحد فقط، ولا يستطيع أحد غيره قبوله بعده. عند القبول يُرفع الحجب بين طرفين اثنين لا ثالث لهما: أنت والمتطوّع الذي قبل. يرى كلٌّ منكما اسم الآخر ورقم هاتفه، ويستطيع الاتصال به أو مراسلته على واتساب.At the moment of acceptance: exactly one volunteer can accept a request, and no one else can accept it afterwards. On acceptance the masking lifts between two parties and no one else: you and the volunteer who accepted. Each of you sees the other’s name and phone number, and can call them or message them on WhatsApp.

رفع الحجب لا رجعة فيه. متى رأى المتطوّع رقمك فقد صار عنده، تماماً كما لو أعطيته إياه بيدك. لا يستطيع أحد أن يمحوه من ذاكرته أو من هاتفه.Lifting the masking cannot be undone. Once the volunteer has seen your number, they have it — exactly as if you had handed it over yourself. Nobody can erase it from their memory or from their phone.

المتطوّعون الذين لم يقبلوا الطلب لا يرون اسمك ولا رقمك أبداً — لا قبل القبول ولا بعده.Volunteers who did not accept the request never see your name or your number — not before acceptance and not after.

بقية مستخدمي التطبيق لا يرون شيئاً من طلبك.Other users of the app see nothing of your request at all.

المراجعة التي تكتبها للمتطوّع تُنشر على ملفه ويراها غيرك — انظر بند «التقييمات والمراجعات والبلاغات».The review you write about the volunteer is published on their profile and is visible to others — see "Ratings, reviews and reports".

خارج التطبيق: عند فتح محادثة واتساب أو إجراء مكالمة، تنتقل إلى تطبيق آخر وإلى شبكة الاتصالات، وتخضع لسياسة ذلك التطبيق ولسياسة مزوّد اتصالك، لا لسياستنا. نحن لا نرى محتوى مكالماتكم ولا رسائلكم ولا نحتفظ بشيء منها.Outside the app: when you open a WhatsApp chat or place a phone call you move into another app and onto the telecoms network, governed by that app’s policy and your carrier’s policy, not by ours. We do not see the content of your calls or messages and we keep none of it.

مشاركة الموقع الحيّةLive location sharing

بعد القبول يمكنكما — أنت والمتطوّع — مشاركة الموقع الحيّ على الخريطة أثناء الطريق، ليعرف كلٌّ منكما أين وصل الآخر.After acceptance, you and the volunteer can share live location on the map while they travel, so each of you knows where the other has reached.

المشاركة اختيارية بالكامل. لا تبدأ إلا بموافقة صريحة منك، ولا تُفرض عليك، ولا يتوقف الطلب إن رفضتها.Sharing is entirely optional. It starts only with your explicit agreement, it is never forced on you, and the request does not stop if you decline.

تستطيع إيقافها في أي لحظة بضغطة واحدة، بلا سبب وبلا سؤال.You can stop it at any moment with a single tap — no reason needed and none asked for.

يراها الطرف الآخر في هذا الطلب وحده. لا يراها متطوّع آخر ولا أي مستخدم ثالث.Only the other party to this request sees it. No other volunteer and no third user ever does.

تنتهي تلقائياً عند إغلاق الطلب أو إلغائه.It ends automatically when the request closes or is cancelled.

لا نبني منها مسار رحلة ولا نحتفظ به. آخر موقع معروف يُمحى عند انتهاء الطلب.We do not build a journey trail from it and we do not keep one. The last known position is erased when the request ends.

التقييمات والمراجعات والبلاغاتRatings, reviews and reports

بعد إغلاق الطلب يمكنك تقييم المتطوّع بالنجوم وكتابة مراجعة. المراجعة تُنشر على ملف المتطوّع ويراها مستخدمون آخرون.After a request closes you can rate the volunteer with stars and write a review. The review is published on the volunteer’s profile where other users can see it.

تُنشر المراجعة بمرجع الطلب فقط (مثال: FZ-123456) — بدون اسمك وبدون رقمك.The review is published under the request reference only (for example FZ-123456) — without your name and without your number.

لا تكتب في المراجعة اسماً كاملاً، ولا رقم هاتف، ولا رقم لوحة، ولا أي بيان يعرّف شخصاً. المراجعة نصّ عام ويبقى منشوراً.Do not put a full name, a phone number, a plate number, or anything else that identifies a person into a review. A review is public text and it stays published.

تستطيع الإبلاغ عن محتوى مسيء أو عن شخص. نقرأ البلاغ، ونحتفظ به مع ما يلزم من سياقه، وقد نزيل المحتوى أو نوقف الحساب.You can report abusive content or a person. We read the report, keep it with the context we need, and may remove the content or suspend the account.

تستطيع حظر شخص، فلا يُقرن بك في أي طلب بعدها. نحتفظ بسجلّ الحظر لأن الحظر لا يعمل بدونه.You can block a person, and after that you will never be paired with them on any request. We keep the block record because blocking does not work without it.

سجلّات البلاغات والحظر نحتفظ بها لحماية بقية المستخدمين، وتبقى قائمة حتى لو سحبت موافقتك، بالقدر الذي يجيزه القانون.We keep report and block records to protect other users. They remain in place even if you withdraw your consent, to the extent the law allows.

الأساس القانوني وموافقتكLegal basis and your consent

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة، وهي الأساس الذي يقوم عليه المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (45) لسنة 2021 في شأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, which is the basis set out in Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

الموافقة تُعطى بأفعال واضحة ومنفصلة، لا بموافقة واحدة شاملة: قبول هذه السياسة قبل إرسال أول طلب، وإذن الموقع من نظام التشغيل، وإذن الكاميرا والصور، وإذن الإشعارات، وموافقة مستقلة على مشاركة الموقع الحيّ.Consent is given through clear, separate acts rather than one blanket agreement: accepting this policy before your first request, the operating system location permission, the camera and photo permissions, the notification permission, and a separate agreement to share live location.

إرسال الطلب موافقة صريحة على أن يرى المتطوّع الذي يقبله اسمك ورقم هاتفك.Sending a request is your explicit consent for the volunteer who accepts it to see your name and phone number.

جزء محدود من المعالجة يستند إلى حماية مصلحة مشروعة والدفاع عن حقوق قانونية: سجلّات البلاغات والحظر وسوء الاستخدام، وما يلزمنا القانون بحفظه.A limited part of our processing rests instead on protecting a legitimate interest and defending legal rights: report, block and abuse records, and anything the law obliges us to keep.

تسحب موافقتك متى شئت وبالسهولة نفسها التي أعطيتها بها: أوقف الإذن من إعدادات جهازك، أو أوقف مشاركة الموقع الحيّ، أو احذف حسابك إن كنت متطوّعاً، أو راسلنا على privacy@fazat.ae.You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: turn the permission off in your device settings, stop live location sharing, delete your account if you are a volunteer, or write to privacy@fazat.ae.

سحب الموافقة يوقف المعالجة من حينه، ولا يُبطل ما تمّ قبله بصورة مشروعة. وقد يعني أن التطبيق لم يعد يستطيع تقديم الخدمة لك.Withdrawing consent stops processing from that point on. It does not undo what was lawfully done before it, and it may mean the app can no longer provide the service to you.

من يعالج البيانات معناWho processes data with us

لا نبيع بياناتك. لا نؤجّرها. لا نشاركها مع معلنين ولا مع وسطاء بيانات. لا نستخدمها لبناء ملف تعريفي عنك ولا لاستهدافك بإعلان.We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to target you with advertising.

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة تقنية يعالجون البيانات بالنيابة عنا وبتعليماتنا، وهم:We use technical service providers who process data on our behalf and on our instructions. They are:

• Google Firebase — Cloud Firestore (شركة Google): قاعدة بيانات الطلبات، وحسابات المتطوّعين، والتقييمات والمراجعات، ومصادقة الحسابات (Firebase Authentication).Google Firebase — Cloud Firestore (Google): the request database, volunteer accounts, ratings and reviews, and account authentication (Firebase Authentication).
• Google Firebase — Realtime Database (شركة Google): مشاركة الموقع الحيّ وحدها، ولا يُحفظ فيها شيء سواها.Google Firebase — Realtime Database (Google): live location sharing only. Nothing else is held there.
• Cloudflare R2 (شركة Cloudflare): تخزين الصور ومقاطع الفيديو في مساحة خاصة غير عامة.Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare): storage of photos and videos in a private, non-public bucket.
• Cloudflare Workers وشبكة Cloudflare: بوّابة التحقّق من صلاحية الوصول إلى الوسائط وتوصيلها إليك، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.Cloudflare Workers and the Cloudflare network: the gateway that checks authorisation for media and delivers it to you, and protection of the service against abuse.
• Expo Push Service (شركة 650 Industries): توصيل الإشعارات إلى جهازك عبر خدمة آبل للإشعارات (APNs) وخدمة جوجل.Expo Push Service (650 Industries): delivery of push notifications to your device through the Apple notification service (APNs) and the Google service.
• Sentry: تقارير الأعطال البرمجية وقياس أداء التطبيق.Sentry: crash reports and app performance measurement.

كل واحد من هؤلاء مرتبط بنا باتفاق مكتوب يلزمه بحماية لا تقلّ عمّا في هذه السياسة، ولا يجيز له استخدام بياناتك لأغراضه هو.Each of them is bound to us by a written agreement requiring protection no weaker than this policy provides, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.

نفصح عن البيانات للجهات الحكومية والقضائية المختصة في الدولة عند طلب نظامي أو التزام قانوني.We disclose data to the competent government and judicial authorities of the UAE on a lawful request or legal obligation.

إن انتقل تشغيل فزعات يوماً إلى شخص أو كيان آخر، انتقلت البيانات معه بالشروط نفسها، ونخطرك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يسري ذلك.If the operation of FAZAT is ever transferred to another person or entity, the data transfers with it on the same terms, and we will notify you in the app before that takes effect.

معالجة البيانات خارج الدولةProcessing outside the UAE

المنصات التقنية التي نعتمد عليها لا تملك مراكز بيانات داخل دولة الإمارات. لا شيء من بياناتك يُعالَج داخل الدولة: كلها تُعالَج وتُخزَّن خارجها. نقولها لك صراحةً لأنها معلومة تخصّك.The technical platforms we rely on have no data centres inside the United Arab Emirates. None of your data is processed inside the country: all of it is processed and stored outside it. We say so plainly because it is your business to know.

• قاعدة بيانات الطلبات والحسابات والتقييمات (Cloud Firestore): الدوحة، دولة قطر.Request, account and ratings database (Cloud Firestore): Doha, Qatar.
• قاعدة بيانات الموقع الحيّ (Realtime Database): بلجيكا، في الاتحاد الأوروبي.Live location database (Realtime Database): Belgium, in the European Union.
• تخزين الصور ومقاطع الفيديو وتوصيلها (Cloudflare R2 وشبكة Cloudflare): شبكة Cloudflare العالمية. للشبكة نقطة حضور في دبي تسرّع التوصيل، لكن التخزين نفسه ليس داخل الدولة.Photo and video storage and delivery (Cloudflare R2 and the Cloudflare network): Cloudflare’s global network. The network has a point of presence in Dubai that speeds up delivery, but the storage itself is not inside the UAE.
• توصيل الإشعارات (Expo Push Service ثم خدمة آبل APNs): الولايات المتحدة.Notification delivery (Expo Push Service, then the Apple APNs service): the United States.
• تقارير الأعطال البرمجية (Sentry): خارج دولة الإمارات.Crash reporting (Sentry): outside the United Arab Emirates.

باستخدامك التطبيق وإرسالك طلباً فأنت توافق صراحةً على نقل بياناتك إلى قطر وبلجيكا والولايات المتحدة وإلى شبكة Cloudflare العالمية، وعلى معالجتها هناك. الموافقة الصريحة أحد المسارات التي يجيزها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية لنقل البيانات خارج الدولة.By using the app and sending a request you expressly consent to your data being transferred to Qatar, Belgium, the United States and Cloudflare’s global network, and to being processed there. Express consent is one of the routes the Personal Data Protection Law permits for transfers outside the UAE.

نتعاقد مع كل مزوّد بشروط حماية بيانات مكتوبة تلزمه بمستوى الحماية نفسه.We contract with every provider on written data protection terms binding them to the same level of protection.

مدة الاحتفاظ — بصراحةHow long we keep data — honestly

لا يُحذف شيء تلقائياً. الطلبات وبياناتها وصورها ومقاطعها تبقى محفوظة إلى أجل غير مسمّى، ما لم تطلب أنت حذفها.Nothing is deleted automatically. Requests, their data, their photos and their videos are kept indefinitely unless you ask for them to be deleted.

نقولها بهذا الوضوح لأننا نفضّل أن تعرف الحقيقة على أن نعدك بمدة لا نلتزم بها فعلاً.We say this bluntly because we would rather you knew the truth than be promised a retention period we do not actually honour.

الاستثناء الوحيد: بيانات الموقع الحيّ تُمحى عند إغلاق الطلب أو إلغائه.The one exception: live location data is erased when the request closes or is cancelled.

إن أردت ألا تبقى بياناتك، فالمسار موجود ومجاني: اطلب الحذف — انظر البند التالي.If you do not want your data kept, the route exists and it is free: ask for deletion — see the next section.

ما قد يبقى بعد تنفيذ طلب الحذف: سجلّ محدود عن البلاغات والحظر وإساءة الاستخدام نحتفظ به لحماية بقية المستخدمين، وأي بيان يلزمنا القانون بحفظه، وحينها نحتفظ بأقل قدر ممكن وللمدة اللازمة فقط.What may remain after a deletion request is carried out: a limited record of reports, blocks and abuse that we keep to protect other users, and anything the law obliges us to keep. In those cases we keep the minimum, and only for as long as necessary.

الحذف — ماذا تحذف وكيفDeletion — what you delete, and how

إن كنت متطوّعاً: تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، من صفحة حسابك. لا تحتاج إلى مراسلتنا ولا إلى إذن منا.If you are a volunteer: delete your account inside the app, from your profile page. You do not need to write to us and you do not need our permission.

حذف حساب المتطوّع يزيل: ملفك الشخصي، وبيانات الدخول، والاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورمز إشعارات جهازك، والمراجعات المنشورة عنك.Deleting a volunteer account removes: your profile, your sign-in credentials, your name, your phone number, your email address, your device push token, and the reviews published about you.

ما يبقى بعده: الطلبات التي شاركت فيها تظلّ في سجلّ طالبي المساعدة، لأنها بياناتهم هم لا بياناتك، وقد يبقى اسمك ظاهراً فيها لمن ساعدته. إن أردت إزالة اسمك من تلك السجلّات أيضاً فراسلنا على privacy@fazat.ae وننظر في طلبك.What remains: requests you took part in stay in the requesters’ own records, because that is their data and not yours, and your name may remain visible in them to the people you helped. If you want your name removed from those records too, write to privacy@fazat.ae and we will consider your request.

إن كنت طالب مساعدة: ليس لديك حساب أصلاً، فليس لديك حساب تحذفه. الذي على جهازك هو سجلّ محلي بطلباتك — قائمة مراجع الطلبات وبياناتها محفوظة داخل ذاكرة التطبيق على هاتفك وحده.If you are a requester: you have no account, so there is no account to delete. What lives on your device is a local record of your requests — the list of request references and their details, held in the app’s storage on your phone alone.

محو السجلّ المحلي يكون بحذف التطبيق من جهازك. عندها تفقد قدرتك على تتبّع أي طلب سابق من هذا الجهاز، لأنه لا يوجد حساب تستعيد به السجلّ.You clear that local record by deleting the app from your device. When you do, you lose the ability to track any earlier request from that device, because there is no account through which the record could be restored.

انتبه: حذف التطبيق لا يحذف الطلب من خوادمنا. لحذف الطلب نفسه وصوره وبياناته من الخادم، أرسل رسالة إلى privacy@fazat.ae واذكر مرجع الطلب (مثال: FZ-123456) ورقم الهاتف الذي أرسلته به.Note carefully: deleting the app does not delete the request from our servers. To delete the request itself, its photos and its data from the server, write to privacy@fazat.ae quoting the request reference (for example FZ-123456) and the phone number you sent it with.

قد نطلب منك ما يثبت أن الطلب طلبك — لأننا لا نملك حساباً نتحقّق به من هويتك، ولأننا لا نريد أن يحذف شخصٌ بيانات شخص آخر.We may ask you for something showing the request is yours — because we hold no account through which to verify you, and because we do not want one person deleting another person’s data.

ننفّذ طلب الحذف ونؤكده لك خلال ثلاثين يوماً على الأكثر، ولا نتقاضى عليه رسماً.We carry out a deletion request and confirm it to you within thirty days at the latest, and we charge nothing for it.

كيف نحمي البياناتHow we protect data

الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّر بالكامل (HTTPS/TLS).Traffic between the app and the server is fully encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

مساحة تخزين الوسائط خاصة ومغلقة، ولا يُوصل إليها إلا عبر بوّابة تتحقّق من الصلاحية قبل تمرير الملف.The media storage bucket is private and closed, reachable only through a gateway that checks authorisation before passing a file through.

قواعد الوصول مفروضة على مستوى الخادم لا داخل التطبيق: بيانات التواصل مفصولة في سجلّ مستقل له صلاحيته الخاصة، وهذا ما يجعل الحجب حقيقياً لا مجرد إخفاء في الواجهة.Access rules are enforced on the server, not in the app: contact details are held separately in their own record with its own permissions, which is what makes the masking real rather than a screen that merely hides them.

كلمات مرور المتطوّعين يديرها مزوّد المصادقة مشفّرة، ولا نراها ولا نستطيع استرجاعها.Volunteer passwords are held encrypted by the authentication provider. We never see them and cannot retrieve them.

نمنح كل من يعمل على النظام أقل صلاحية تكفي لعمله.Everyone working on the system gets the least access their work requires.

لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، ومن يقول غير ذلك لا يقول الحقيقة. إن وقع اختراق يمسّ بياناتك على نحو يشكّل خطراً على خصوصيتك أو سريّتها، نخطرك ونخطر الجهة المختصة وفق ما يوجبه القانون.No system is completely secure, and anyone who claims otherwise is not telling the truth. If a breach affects your data in a way that puts your privacy or its confidentiality at risk, we will notify you and notify the competent authority as the law requires.

الأطفالChildren

فزعات للبالغين. لا يجوز استخدامه لمن هو دون الثامنة عشرة، لا طالباً للمساعدة ولا متطوّعاً.FAZAT is for adults. It may not be used by anyone under 18, neither as a requester nor as a volunteer.

لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد، ولا نوجّه الخدمة إليهم بأي صورة.We do not knowingly collect children’s data, and we do not direct the service at them in any way.

إن علمنا أن بيانات شخص دون الثامنة عشرة وصلت إلينا، نحذفها دون إبطاء.If we learn that data belonging to someone under 18 has reached us, we delete it without delay.

إن كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن ابنك أرسل بيانات عبر التطبيق، راسلنا على privacy@fazat.ae ونتصرّف فوراً.If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent data through the app, write to privacy@fazat.ae and we will act immediately.

حقوقك في بياناتكYour rights over your data

يمنحك المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (45) لسنة 2021 في شأن حماية البيانات الشخصية الحقوق التالية، ونحن نلتزم بها كلها:Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data gives you the following rights, and we honour all of them:

• الاطّلاع والحصول على المعلومات: أن تعرف أي بيانات عنك لدينا، ولماذا نعالجها، ومع من نشاركها، وأين تُخزَّن، وكم تبقى — وأن تحصل على نسخة منها.Access and information: to know what data we hold about you, why we process it, who we share it with, where it is stored and how long it stays — and to receive a copy of it.
• التصحيح: أن تصحّح أي بيان خاطئ أو ناقص عنك.Correction: to have any inaccurate or incomplete data about you corrected.
• الحذف: أن تطلب محو بياناتك الشخصية، في الحدود التي يجيزها القانون.Erasure: to ask for your personal data to be deleted, to the extent the law allows.
• النقل: أن تحصل على البيانات التي قدّمتها بصيغة منظّمة يقرأها الحاسوب، وأن تنقلها إلى جهة أخرى.Portability: to receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format, and to move it to another party.
• تقييد المعالجة: أن توقف معالجة بياناتك مؤقتاً وأنت تعترض على صحتها أو على مشروعية معالجتها.Restriction of processing: to have processing of your data paused while you contest its accuracy or the lawfulness of the processing.
• الاعتراض: أن تعترض على معالجة بياناتك، وبخاصة لأغراض التسويق أو المسح الإحصائي.Objection: to object to the processing of your data, in particular for marketing or statistical survey purposes.
• سحب الموافقة: أن تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت وبالسهولة نفسها التي أعطيتها بها.Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
• القرارات الآلية: ألا يُتّخذ بشأنك قرار يستند إلى معالجة آلية وحدها ويرتّب أثراً قانونياً عليك أو يمسّك مساساً جسيماً. نحن لا نتّخذ مثل هذه القرارات في فزعات: قبول الطلب قرار إنسان لا خوارزمية.Automated decisions: not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal effect on you or seriously affects you. We make no such decisions in FAZAT: accepting a request is a human being’s decision, not an algorithm’s.
• الشكوى: أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في الدولة إن رأيت أننا أخللنا بحقوقك.Complaint: to complain to the competent personal data protection authority in the UAE if you believe we have failed your rights.

كيف تمارس حقوقكHow to exercise your rights

أرسل رسالة إلى privacy@fazat.ae واذكر فيها: ما الحق الذي تطلبه، ومرجع الطلب إن كان له مرجع (مثال: FZ-123456)، ورقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته.Write to privacy@fazat.ae and tell us: which right you are exercising, the request reference if there is one (for example FZ-123456), and the phone number or email address you used.

نردّ عليك وننفّذ خلال ثلاثين يوماً على الأكثر.We respond and act within thirty days at the latest.

ممارسة حقوقك مجانية. لا نطلب رسماً ولا نشترط شيئاً مقابلها.Exercising your rights is free. We ask no fee and set no conditions in return.

قد نطلب ما يثبت هويتك أو صلتك بالطلب قبل التنفيذ، حمايةً لك من أن يتصرّف غيرك في بياناتك.We may ask for something proving your identity or your connection to the request before we act, to protect you from someone else dealing with your data.

إن رفضنا طلبك — ولا نرفضه إلا لسبب مشروع كأن يمسّ التنفيذُ حقوقَ شخص آخر أو يخالف التزاماً قانونياً — نشرح لك السبب مكتوباً، ونذكر لك سبيل التظلّم.If we refuse your request — and we refuse only for a legitimate reason, such as the action affecting another person’s rights or breaching a legal obligation — we explain the reason in writing and tell you how to challenge it.

تعديل هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

قد نعدّل هذه السياسة. تاريخ آخر تحديث مكتوب في أعلى الصفحة.We may change this policy. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.

إن كان التعديل جوهرياً — بيانات جديدة نجمعها، أو غرض جديد، أو مزوّد جديد، أو دولة جديدة تُعالَج فيها بياناتك — نعرض عليك الإشعار داخل التطبيق ونطلب موافقتك من جديد قبل أن يسري.If a change is material — new data collected, a new purpose, a new provider, a new country where your data is processed — we will show you the notice in the app and ask for your consent again before it takes effect.

التعديلات التحريرية الطفيفة تُنشر بتحديث التاريخ فقط.Minor editorial changes are published by updating the date alone.

النسخة العربية هي المعتمدة عند أي اختلاف بينها وبين النسخة الإنجليزية.The Arabic version governs if the Arabic and English versions ever differ.
