لا. أرسل الطلب من صفحة الطلب وستحصل على رقم مرجعي بصيغة FZ-00001 تتابع به طلبك من صفحة المتابعة. لا تسجيل ولا كلمة مرور، لا في الموقع ولا في التطبيق. No. Send it from the request page and you get a reference like FZ-00001, which you use on the tracking page. No sign-up and no password, on the site or in the app.

لا يوجد وقت مضمون. المتطوّعون ليسوا موظفين ولا مناوبين — يقبلون النداء متى كانوا قريبين ومتفرّغين. إذا كان الوقت حرجًا بالنسبة لك، لا تنتظر.There is no guaranteed time. Volunteers are not staff and are not on shift — they take a call when they happen to be near and free. If time is critical for you, do not wait.

متطوّع وحسابك موقوف؟ لن تستطيع الدخول لتحذف حسابك من التطبيق — راسِل بريد الخصوصية من البريد المسجَّل على الحساب، وننفّذ الحذف نيابةً عنك.A volunteer whose account is suspended? You cannot sign in to delete it in the app — email the privacy address from the address registered on the account and we will delete it for you.
