هذه شروط استخدام تطبيق فزعات. اقرأها قبل أن ترسل طلباً أو تقبل طلب غيرك.These are the terms for using the FAZAT app. Read them before you send a request or accept somebody else’s.

كُتبت بلغة مباشرة عن قصد، لأن من يقرأها قد يقرأها وهو واقف على طرف الطريق.They are written in direct language on purpose, because the person reading them may be standing at the side of a road.

باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق عليها. وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدمه.By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

قبول الشروطAccepting these terms

باستخدامك فزعات — بإرسال طلب، أو بتصفّح الطلبات، أو بقبول طلب — فأنت تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها، ووافقت كذلك على سياسة الخصوصية.By using FAZAT — sending a request, browsing requests, or accepting a request — you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them, and that you agree to the Privacy Policy.

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين [الاسم القانوني للمالك] (المشغّل)، وهو شخص طبيعي مقيم في إمارة دبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.These terms are an agreement between you and [OWNER LEGAL NAME] (the operator), an individual resident in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

يجب أن تكون قد أتممت الثامنة عشرة من عمرك وأن تكون كامل الأهلية القانونية.You must be 18 or older and have full legal capacity.

ما هو فزعات — وما ليس هوWhat FAZAT is — and what it is not

فزعات لوح إعلانات: تكتب فيه أن مركبتك تعطّلت وأين أنت، فيقرأه متطوّعون، وقد يقرّر أحدهم أن يجيء.FAZAT is a noticeboard: you post that your vehicle has broken down and where you are, volunteers read it, and one of them may decide to come.

فزعات ليس شركة سطحة، ولا ورشة، ولا خدمة مساعدة على الطريق تجارية، ولا وكيل تأمين، ولا وسيط نقل.FAZAT is not a towing company, not a garage, not a commercial roadside assistance service, not an insurance agent, and not a transport broker.

فزعات ليس خدمة طوارئ، ولا بديلاً عن الشرطة أو الإسعاف أو الدفاع المدني، ولا يتكامل معها ولا يبلّغها نيابة عنك.FAZAT is not an emergency service, not a substitute for the police, the ambulance service or civil defence, and it is not connected to them and does not alert them on your behalf.

نحن لا نقدّم المساعدة ولا ننظّمها ولا نوجّهها. المساعدة يقدّمها فرد آخر، بقراره وحده، وعلى مسؤوليته هو وعلى مسؤوليتك أنت.We do not provide the help, organise it, or direct it. The help is given by another individual, on their own decision, at their own risk and at yours.

لا يوجد بيننا وبين أي متطوّع عقد عمل، ولا وكالة، ولا شراكة، ولا مقاولة. المتطوّع ليس موظفاً عندنا، ولا مقاولاً لنا، ولا ممثلاً عنا، ولا يملك أن يلزمنا بشيء.There is no employment, agency, partnership or contracting relationship between us and any volunteer. A volunteer is not our employee, not our contractor, not our representative, and cannot bind us to anything.

إن كان الأمر عاجلاً فهذا ليس مكانهIf it is urgent, this is not the place

اتصل بالشرطة على ٩٩٩ أو بالإسعاف على ٩٩٨ فوراً في أيٍّ من هذه الحالات:Call the police on 999 or an ambulance on 998 immediately in any of these situations:

• إصابة أو ألم أو خطر على شخص، أياً كانت درجته.Anyone is injured, in pain, or in danger — to any degree.
• حادث مروري، مهما بدا بسيطاً.There has been a traffic collision, however minor it looks.
• مركبة واقفة في موضع خطر: طريق سريع، أو منعطف، أو أعلى مرتفع، أو مكان لا يراك فيه القادم.A vehicle is stopped somewhere dangerous: a highway, a bend, over a crest, or anywhere oncoming traffic cannot see you.
• حريق، أو دخان، أو تسرّب وقود.Fire, smoke, or a fuel leak.
• تهديد، أو سلوك إجرامي، أو خوف على سلامتك.A threat, criminal behaviour, or any fear for your safety.
• طفل أو حيوان محبوس داخل مركبة.A child or an animal shut inside a vehicle.

التطبيق يعرض زر الاتصال بالشرطة في كل مرحلة من مراحل الطلب. اضغطه بلا تردّد ولا تنتظر إذناً منا.The app shows a button to call the police at every stage of a request. Press it without hesitating and without waiting for our permission.

انتظار متطوّع بدلاً من الاتصال بالشرطة في حالة عاجلة قرار خاطئ وخطر على حياتك. لا تفعله.Waiting for a volunteer instead of calling the police in an urgent situation is the wrong decision and a danger to your life. Do not do it.

الحوادث والإصابات خارج نطاق الخدمةCollisions and injuries are outside this service

لا يوجد في فزعات نوع طلب اسمه «حادث مروري»، وقد حُذف عن قصد.FAZAT has no request type called "traffic accident". It was removed deliberately.

الحوادث من اختصاص الشرطة وحدها: هي التي تعاين وتحرّر التقرير الذي تبني عليه شركة التأمين قرارها. ولا يجوز لمتطوّع مدني أن يحلّ محلّها.Collisions are for the police alone: they attend, and they issue the report your insurer bases its decision on. A civilian volunteer cannot take their place.

إن كانت هناك إصابة، فالمكان الصحيح هو الإسعاف على ٩٩٨، لا هذا التطبيق.If anyone is injured, the right place is the ambulance service on 998, not this app.

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق للإبلاغ عن حادث، أو لطلب من يعاين حادثاً، أو لنقل مصاب، أو لطلب شهادة على واقعة.It is prohibited to use the app to report a collision, to summon someone to attend one, to move an injured person, or to obtain a witness to an incident.

الخدمة موجّهة إلى الأعطال الميكانيكية والمواقف غير العاجلة: الغرز في الرمل، والإطار المثقوب، والبطارية الفارغة، ونفاد الوقود، وسخونة المحرك، والمفاتيح المحبوسة، وما شابهها.The service is for mechanical breakdowns and non-urgent situations: stuck in sand, a flat tyre, a dead battery, running out of fuel, an overheating engine, keys locked in, and the like.

المتطوّعون أفراد مستقلونVolunteers are independent individuals

اقرأ هذا البند مرتين. هو أهم ما في هذه الشروط.Read this section twice. It is the most important thing in these terms.

المتطوّع في فزعات إنسان عادي، سجّل حساباً ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور. لا أكثر من ذلك.A FAZAT volunteer is an ordinary person who registered an account with an email address and a password. Nothing more than that.

نحن لا نفحصه، ولا نتحقّق من هويته، ولا نجري له تحرياً أمنياً، ولا فحص سوابق، ولا ندرّبه، ولا نختبر مهارته، ولا نعتمده، ولا نؤمّن عليه، ولا نراقب ما يفعله.We do not screen them, do not verify their identity, do not run any security check or criminal record check on them, do not train them, do not test their skill, do not accredit them, do not insure them, and do not supervise what they do.

لا نتحقّق من رخصة قيادته، ولا من تأمين مركبته، ولا من صلاحية أدواته، ولا من قدرته على إصلاح شيء.We do not check their driving licence, their vehicle insurance, the condition of their equipment, or their ability to fix anything.

وجود المتطوّع داخل التطبيق ليس شهادة منا بكفاءته، ولا بأمانته، ولا بسلامته، ولا بحسن نيّته.A volunteer’s presence in the app is not our certification of their competence, their honesty, their safety, or their good faith.

النجوم والمراجعات آراء مستخدمين آخرين عن تجاربهم، لا تقييم منا ولا ضمان. قد تكون مبالغة، وقد تكون ظالمة.Stars and reviews are other users’ opinions of their own experiences — not our assessment and not a guarantee. They may be exaggerated and they may be unfair.

والأمر نفسه يسري في الاتجاه المعاكس: نحن لا نتحقّق من طالب المساعدة، ولا من ملكيته للمركبة، ولا من صدق ما كتبه في طلبه.The same applies in the other direction: we do not verify the requester, their ownership of the vehicle, or the truth of anything they wrote in their request.

لا ضمان بوصول أحدNo guarantee that anyone will come

قد لا يقبل طلبك أحد إطلاقاً.Nobody may accept your request at all.

وقد يقبله متطوّع ثم يعتذر، أو يتأخر، أو ينشغل، أو لا يصل أصلاً.A volunteer may accept it and then withdraw, be delayed, be caught up elsewhere, or simply never arrive.

وقد يصل ثم لا يستطيع حلّ المشكلة.They may arrive and then not be able to solve the problem.

لا نتعهّد بزمن استجابة، ولا بتغطية جغرافية، ولا بتوفّر متطوّعين في أي وقت أو مكان — لا في الصحراء، ولا على الطرق السريعة، ولا داخل المدن.We promise no response time, no geographic coverage, and no availability of volunteers at any time or place — not in the desert, not on the highways, and not inside the cities.

وقد يتوقف التطبيق أو الخادم أو شبكة الاتصال. لا تبنِ سلامتك على وصول إشعار.The app, the server or the mobile network may fail. Do not build your safety on a notification arriving.

إن طال انتظارك وتغيّر وضعك إلى الأسوأ، فلا تنتظر أكثر — اتصل بالشرطة على ٩٩٩.If you have been waiting a long time and your situation is getting worse, do not wait any longer — call the police on 999.

تحمّل المخاطرةAssumption of risk

لقاء غريب على الطريق فيه مخاطرة حقيقية، وهذا صحيح للطرفين: لطالب المساعدة وللمتطوّع.Meeting a stranger at the roadside carries real risk. That is true for both sides: for the person asking and for the volunteer.

حين ترسل طلباً أو تقبل طلباً فأنت تقبل هذه المخاطرة بإرادتك، وتتحمّل مسؤولية قرارك.When you send a request or accept one, you take that risk willingly and you carry responsibility for your own decision.

أنت وحدك من يقرّر: أن تركب مع أحد أو لا، أن تفتح له مركبتك أو لا، أن تدعه يعمل فيها أو لا، أن تبقى في موقعك أو تغادره.You alone decide: whether to get into someone’s vehicle, whether to let them into yours, whether to let them work on it, whether to stay where you are or leave.

نصائح عملية تنفعك: ابقَ في مكان مرئي ومضاء إن استطعت، وأخبر شخصاً تثق به بمكانك، وتحقّق من الاسم ومن وصف المركبة قبل أن تفتح، ولا تسلّم وثائقك ولا مفاتيحك إلا وأنت مطمئن، وإن شعرت بعدم الارتياح فأنهِ الطلب فوراً واتصل بالشرطة.Practical advice worth following: stay somewhere visible and lit if you can, tell someone you trust where you are, check the name and the vehicle description before you open up, do not hand over your documents or your keys unless you are comfortable, and if something feels wrong, end the request and call the police.

وعلى المتطوّع: أنت مسؤول عن سلامة عملك. إن لم تكن تعرف كيف تُبدّل إطاراً، أو تشحن بطارية، أو تسحب مركبة من الرمل بأمان، فلا تفعل. العمل الخاطئ قد يصيب إنساناً أو يتلف مركبة، وتتحمّل أنت نتيجته.And for volunteers: you are responsible for the safety of your own work. If you do not know how to change a tyre, jump a battery, or recover a vehicle from sand safely, do not do it. Getting it wrong can injure a person or damage a vehicle, and you carry the consequences.

من يستخدم فزعاتWho may use FAZAT

ثماني عشرة سنة فأكثر، وكامل الأهلية القانونية.18 years old or over, with full legal capacity.

حساب المتطوّع شخصي: لا تشاركه مع أحد، ولا تدع غيرك يستخدمه، وأنت مسؤول عن كل ما يجري عبره.A volunteer account is personal: do not share it, do not let anyone else use it, and you are responsible for everything done through it.

بياناتك يجب أن تكون صحيحة: اسمك الحقيقي، ورقم هاتف يعمل ويصلك. الاسم الوهمي أو الرقم الخاطئ يعرّض غيرك للضرر، وهو سبب كافٍ لإيقاف الحساب.Your details must be accurate: your real name, and a phone number that works and reaches you. A false name or a wrong number puts other people at risk and is reason enough to suspend the account.

حساب واحد لكل شخص.One account per person.

إن استخدمت الخدمة خارج دولة الإمارات فأنت مسؤول عن التزام قوانين المكان الذي أنت فيه. الخدمة مصمّمة للإمارات وحدها.If you use the service outside the UAE, you are responsible for complying with the law where you are. The service is designed for the UAE alone.

التزامات طالب المساعدةIf you are asking for help

اطلب المساعدة لحالة حقيقية أنت طرف فيها.Ask for help for a real situation that you are actually part of.

صف حالتك بصدق: نوع العطل، ومكانك، وما تحتاجه فعلاً. الوصف المضلّل يجرّ متطوّعاً إلى الطريق بلا داعٍ.Describe it honestly: the problem, where you are, what you actually need. A misleading description drags a volunteer onto the road for nothing.

ارفع صوراً للحالة نفسها الآن — لا صوراً قديمة، ولا صوراً لغيرك، ولا صوراً من الإنترنت.Upload photos of the situation now — not old photos, not somebody else’s, and not pictures off the internet.

ألغِ الطلب فوراً إن استغنيت عنه أو حُلّت مشكلتك. متطوّع يقود إليك بلا داعٍ خسارة لوقته وتعريض له للخطر بلا سبب.Cancel the request immediately if you no longer need it or the problem is solved. A volunteer driving to you for no reason wastes their time and puts them at risk for nothing.

الخدمة تطوّعية: لا تتوقّع أن يشتري لك المتطوّع وقوداً أو قطع غيار أو أن يدفع عنك شيئاً.The service is voluntary: do not expect a volunteer to buy you fuel or parts or to pay for anything on your behalf.

أي اتفاق مالي بينك وبين المتطوّع شأنكما وحدكما، خارج التطبيق تماماً، ولا علاقة لنا به ولا مسؤولية علينا عنه.Any money arrangement between you and a volunteer is strictly between the two of you, entirely outside the app. We have no part in it and no responsibility for it.

التزامات المتطوّعIf you are volunteering

لا تقبل طلباً إلا إذا كنت قادراً على مساعدته فعلاً وتنوي الذهاب.Do not accept a request unless you can genuinely help with it and you intend to go.

التزم قوانين المرور. لا تسرع، ولا تقف في موضع خطر، ولا توقف مركبتك على كتف طريق سريع بلا داعٍ. أن تصل متأخراً بأمان خير من ألا تصل.Obey traffic law. Do not speed, do not stop somewhere dangerous, and do not park on a highway shoulder without need. Arriving late and safe is better than not arriving.

مركبتك ورخصتك وتأمينك مسؤوليتك أنت وحدك.Your vehicle, your licence and your insurance are your responsibility alone.

إن اعتذرت أو تأخرت فأبلغ الطرف الآخر مباشرة، ولا تتركه ينتظر أحداً لن يجيء.If you withdraw or you are delayed, tell the other person directly. Do not leave them waiting for someone who is not coming.

لا تطلب مقابلاً مالياً. فزعات عمل تطوّعي، ومن يستعمله للكسب يُوقَف حسابه.Do not ask for payment. FAZAT is voluntary, and anyone using it to earn money will have their account suspended.

لا تصوّر الشخص ولا مركبته ولا وثائقه لغرضك الخاص، ولا تنشر شيئاً من ذلك في أي مكان.Do not photograph the person, their vehicle, or their documents for your own purposes, and do not post any of it anywhere.

احترم خصوصيته: ما رأيته في موقعه وما عرفته عنه لا يُنقل ولا يُروى.Respect their privacy: what you saw at the scene and what you learned about them is not yours to repeat.

سلوك ممنوعProhibited conduct

• إرسال طلب كاذب أو مضلّل، أو طلب مكرّر بلا داعٍ، أو طلب باسم شخص آخر بلا علمه.Sending a false or misleading request, an unnecessary duplicate request, or a request in another person’s name without their knowledge.
• المضايقة، أو التهديد، أو الشتم، أو الترهيب، أو الملاحقة، أو التمييز، أو أي خطاب عنصري أو طائفي أو مسيء.Harassment, threats, insults, intimidation, stalking, discrimination, or any racist, sectarian or abusive speech.
• أي محتوى جنسي أو عنيف أو مسيء، وأي محتوى يخالف قوانين الدولة أو الآداب العامة.Any sexual, violent or abusive content, and any content that breaches UAE law or public decency.
• استخدام اسم الطرف الآخر أو رقمه أو صوره أو موقعه أو رقم لوحته لأي غرض غير إتمام هذا الطلب: لا للتسويق، ولا للتواصل بعد انتهاء الطلب بلا رغبة منه، ولا لتتبّعه، ولا لتحديد هويته، ولا لنشره.Using the other party’s name, number, photos, location or plate number for any purpose other than completing this request: not for marketing, not for contacting them after the request against their wishes, not for tracking them, not for identifying them, and not for publishing them.
• تسجيل مكالمة أو محادثة، أو تصوير شخص، بلا إذنه — ونشر ذلك بأي صورة.Recording a call or a conversation, or filming a person, without their permission — and publishing any of it in any form.
• العرض التجاري بأي شكل: تسويق ورشة، أو بيع خدمة، أو طلب مقابل مالي، أو جمع تبرّعات، أو إرسال إعلانات.Commercial solicitation of any kind: promoting a garage, selling a service, asking for payment, collecting donations, or sending advertising.
• انتحال صفة موظف حكومي، أو رجل شرطة، أو مسعف، أو ممثل عن فزعات.Impersonating a government official, a police officer, a paramedic, or a representative of FAZAT.
• العبث بالتطبيق: كشط البيانات، أو الوصول الآلي، أو محاولة تجاوز الصلاحيات، أو الوصول إلى بيانات طلب لست طرفاً فيه، أو رفع برمجيات ضارة، أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة على نحو يعطّلها.Interfering with the app: scraping data, automated access, attempting to bypass permissions, accessing data from a request you are not party to, uploading malicious software, or abusing the service in a way that degrades it.
• إنشاء حساب جديد للتحايل على إيقاف أو حظر.Creating a new account to get around a suspension or a block.

بعض هذه الأفعال قد يشكّل جريمة بموجب قوانين الدولة، ومنها قانون مكافحة الشائعات والجرائم الإلكترونية. ونحن نتعاون مع الجهات المختصة عند الطلب النظامي.Some of these acts may be criminal offences under UAE law, including the law on combating rumours and cybercrime. We cooperate with the competent authorities on a lawful request.

بيانات التواصل بعد القبولContact details after acceptance

عند قبول الطلب يظهر لكل طرف اسم الآخر ورقم هاتفه، لغرض واحد لا غير: إتمام هذه المساعدة.When a request is accepted, each party sees the other’s name and phone number, for one purpose only: completing this help.

استعمالها لغير هذا الغرض مخالفة لهذه الشروط، وقد يكون مخالفة لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في الدولة.Using them for anything else breaches these terms, and may breach the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

لا تحفظ الرقم في قائمة تسويق، ولا تضفه إلى مجموعة، ولا تعطه لأحد، ولا تنشره.Do not save the number to a marketing list, do not add it to a group, do not give it to anyone, and do not publish it.

إن انتهى الطلب فقد انتهى سبب التواصل. أي تواصل بعده يكون برضا الطرفين، وإن لم يرضَ فهو مضايقة.Once the request is over, the reason for contact is over. Any contact after that must be by mutual consent — without it, it is harassment.

إن أزعجك أحد بعد الطلب: احظره داخل التطبيق وأبلغنا. وإن تجاوز الأمر ذلك فالبلاغ يكون للشرطة على ٩٩٩.If someone bothers you after a request: block them in the app and report them to us. If it goes beyond that, report it to the police on 999.

التقييمات والمراجعاتRatings and reviews

بعد إغلاق الطلب يستطيع طالب المساعدة أن يقيّم المتطوّع بالنجوم وأن يكتب مراجعة تُنشر على ملف المتطوّع.After a request closes, the requester can rate the volunteer with stars and write a review, which is published on the volunteer’s profile.

اكتب عن التجربة نفسها: هل جاء، هل كان محترماً، هل ساعد. لا تكتب عن شخصه، ولا عن دينه، ولا عن جنسيته، ولا عن مظهره.Write about the experience itself: did they come, were they respectful, did they help. Do not write about the person — not their religion, not their nationality, not their appearance.

ممنوع في المراجعة: الكذب، والقذف، والتشهير، وكشف بيانات شخصية، والتقييم مقابل مصلحة، والتقييم الانتقامي.Prohibited in a review: lies, defamation, disclosure of personal data, reviews written in exchange for a benefit, and retaliatory reviews.

المراجعة رأي كاتبها وحده. نحن لا نتبنّاها، ولا نتحقّق من صحتها، ولا نضمن دقتها.A review is the opinion of the person who wrote it. We do not adopt it, do not verify it, and do not guarantee its accuracy.

نزيل المراجعة المخالفة بعد بلاغ أو من تلقاء أنفسنا، ونوقف حساب من يتعمّد الإساءة عبرها.We remove a violating review after a report or on our own initiative, and we suspend the account of anyone who deliberately abuses reviews.

الإبلاغ والحظرReporting and blocking

في كل مكان يظهر فيه محتوى أو شخص، يوجد زرّ للإبلاغ.Wherever content or a person appears, there is a button to report it.

أبلغ عن أي محتوى مسيء أو سلوك مخالف. نراجع البلاغات ونتصرّف عادةً خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة.Report any abusive content or violating behaviour. We review reports and normally act within 24 hours.

تستطيع حظر أي شخص. بعد الحظر لن يُقرن بك في أي طلب مرة أخرى.You can block any person. Once blocked, they will never be paired with you on a request again.

الحظر قرارك أنت وحدك: لا يحتاج سبباً، ولا نطلب منك سبباً، ولا نخبر الطرف الآخر به.Blocking is your decision alone: it needs no reason, we do not ask for one, and we do not tell the other party.

البلاغ الكاذب المتعمّد مخالفة بذاتها، ونتعامل معه على هذا الأساس.A deliberately false report is itself a violation, and we treat it as one.

البلاغ عندنا ليس بلاغاً للشرطة. إن وقعت جريمة أو اعتداء فالبلاغ يكون للشرطة على ٩٩٩، ونحن نتعاون معها عند الطلب النظامي.Reporting to us is not reporting to the police. If a crime or an assault has occurred, report it to the police on 999. We cooperate with them on a lawful request.

ما نفعله بالمخالفاتWhat we do about violations

نزيل المحتوى المخالف.We remove violating content.

ننبّه، أو نوقف الحساب مؤقتاً، أو نغلقه نهائياً — بحسب جسامة المخالفة وتكرارها.We warn, suspend an account temporarily, or close it permanently — according to how serious and how repeated the violation is.

نتصرّف بلا إنذار مسبق حين يكون في التأخير خطر على شخص.We act without prior warning when delay would put a person at risk.

نبلّغ الجهات المختصة إن اقتضى الأمر ذلك.We notify the competent authorities where the situation calls for it.

قرارنا في هذا الشأن تقديري. ولك أن تتظلّم على support@fazat.ae، ونراجع القرار ونردّ عليك.These decisions are at our discretion. You may appeal to support@fazat.ae; we will review the decision and reply to you.

الخدمة مجانيةThe service is free

فزعات مجاني بالكامل: لا اشتراك، ولا رسوم، ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق، ولا إعلانات، ولا عمولة على أي مساعدة.FAZAT is completely free: no subscription, no fees, no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no commission on any help given.

ما تدفعه هو استهلاك بيانات الاتصال لدى مزوّد شبكتك، وهو شأنك أنت.What you pay is the mobile data your network operator charges you for, which is between you and them.

الخدمة مجانية اليوم. إن تغيّر ذلك يوماً فسنخبرك قبل أن يسري، ولن نحاسبك على ما مضى.The service is free today. If that ever changes we will tell you before it takes effect, and we will not charge you for anything past.

ولأن الخدمة تُقدَّم مجاناً وبلا مقابل، فهي مقدَّمة كما هي. وهذا لا يعني أننا نتخلّى عن أي التزام يفرضه علينا القانون.And because the service is provided free and without payment, it is provided as it is. That does not mean we give up any obligation the law places on us.

إخلاء الضماناتDisclaimer of warranties

لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق خالياً من الأخطاء، ولا متاحاً بلا انقطاع، ولا دقيقاً في كل معلومة يعرضها — ومن ذلك المسافات، والأوقات المتوقّعة، ومواضع الخريطة.We do not warrant that the app is free of errors, that it is available without interruption, or that every piece of information it shows is accurate — including distances, estimated times, and map positions.

لا نضمن أن يجيء متطوّع، ولا أن يكون كفؤاً، ولا أن يحلّ مشكلتك.We do not warrant that a volunteer will come, that they will be competent, or that they will solve your problem.

لا نضمن سلوك أي مستخدم، ولا صحة ما يكتبه، ولا صدق ما يدّعيه عن نفسه أو عن مركبته.We do not warrant any user’s conduct, the truth of what they write, or the accuracy of what they claim about themselves or their vehicle.

الخريطة وبيانات الموقع للاسترشاد فقط. لا تعتمد عليها وحدها في قرار يمسّ سلامتك.The map and location data are for guidance only. Do not rely on them alone for a decision that affects your safety.

لا نستبعد بهذا البند أي ضمان لا يجيز قانون دولة الإمارات استبعاده.Nothing in this section excludes a warranty that UAE law does not permit to be excluded.

حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability

نحن نشغّل تطبيقاً يعرض الطلبات ويوصل الناس ببعضهم. لسنا طرفاً فيما يجري بينكم على الأرض، ولا نستطيع أن نكون.We run an app that displays requests and connects people to each other. We are not party to what happens between you on the ground, and we cannot be.

لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أفعال المستخدمين ولا امتناعهم: تأخّر متطوّع، أو عدم مجيئه، أو إتلافه مركبتك، أو إصابته لك، أو إساءته إليك، أو سرقة، أو أي خلاف يقع بينكما.We are not liable for what users do or fail to do: a volunteer being late, not coming, damaging your vehicle, injuring you, mistreating you, theft, or any dispute that arises between you.

لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الضرر غير المباشر أو التبعي: الكسب الفائت، وضياع الوقت، وتفويت موعد أو رحلة، وتكلفة سطحة أو فندق أو مركبة بديلة.We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost earnings, lost time, a missed appointment or flight, or the cost of a tow truck, a hotel or a replacement vehicle.

لا نتحمّل مسؤولية عطل الشبكة، أو انقطاع خدمة مزوّد، أو تأخّر إشعار أو عدم وصوله، أو خطأ في تحديد الموقع مصدره جهازك أو نظام تحديد المواقع نفسه.We are not liable for network failure, a provider outage, a notification arriving late or not at all, or a location error originating in your device or in the satellite positioning system itself.

مسؤوليتنا — إن ثبتت عن فعلٍ صادرٍ منا نحن — تقتصر على الضرر المباشر الناتج عن ذلك الفعل، وتُقدَّر بالنظر إلى أن الخدمة تُقدَّم مجاناً وبلا مقابل.Where liability for an act of our own is established, it is limited to the direct loss caused by that act, assessed in light of the fact that the service is provided free and without payment.

ولا يوجد في هذه الشروط ما يستبعد أو يحدّ من مسؤوليتنا عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الجسدية الناتجة عن فعلنا، ولا عن الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم، ولا عن أي مسؤولية لا يجيز قانون دولة الإمارات استبعادها أو تحديدها.Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own act, for fraud or gross fault, or for any liability that UAE law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

وإن قضت محكمة مختصة ببطلان جزء من هذا البند، بقي باقيه نافذاً بالقدر الذي يجيزه القانون.If a competent court holds any part of this section void, the remainder continues to apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

التعويضIndemnity

إن تسبّبت مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو للقانون في مطالبة أو دعوى تُرفع علينا، فأنت تتحمّل ما ينتج عنها من مبالغ ومصاريف معقولة، بالقدر الذي يعود إلى فعلك أنت.If your breach of these terms or of the law causes a claim or proceedings to be brought against us, you bear the resulting sums and reasonable costs, to the extent they are attributable to your own act.

لا يشمل ذلك ما يعود إلى فعلنا نحن أو إلى تقصيرنا.This does not extend to anything attributable to our own act or our own failure.

إنهاء الاستخدامEnding your use

تستطيع التوقف متى شئت: احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق إن كنت متطوّعاً، أو احذف التطبيق من جهازك إن كنت طالب مساعدة.You can stop whenever you want: delete your account inside the app if you are a volunteer, or delete the app from your device if you are a requester.

ونستطيع نحن إيقاف حسابك أو منعك من الخدمة إن خالفت هذه الشروط أو القانون، أو إن كان في بقائك خطر على غيرك.We can suspend your account or bar you from the service if you breach these terms or the law, or if letting you stay would put others at risk.

ونستطيع تعديل الخدمة أو إيقاف أي جزء منها. وإن أوقفناها نهائياً فسنعلن ذلك قبل وقت معقول.We can modify the service or discontinue any part of it. If we shut it down permanently we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.

ما يبقى نافذاً بعد الإنهاء: بنود إخلاء الضمانات، وحدود المسؤولية، والتعويض، والقانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي.What survives termination: the disclaimer of warranties, the limitation of liability, the indemnity, and the governing law and jurisdiction sections.

تعديل الشروطChanges to these terms

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. تاريخ آخر تحديث مكتوب في أعلى الصفحة.We may change these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.

التعديل الجوهري يُعرض عليك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يسري، ويلزمك قبوله لتواصل الاستخدام.A material change is shown to you in the app before it takes effect, and you must accept it to keep using the service.

الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التعديل قبولٌ له.Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.

النسخة العربية هي المعتمدة عند أي اختلاف بينها وبين النسخة الإنجليزية.The Arabic version governs if the Arabic and English versions ever differ.

القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائيGoverning law and jurisdiction

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة السارية في إمارة دبي، وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها.These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

تختص محاكم دبي دون غيرها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو عن استخدام التطبيق.The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or out of use of the app.

إن قضت محكمة مختصة ببطلان بند من هذه الشروط، بقيت باقي البنود نافذة.If a competent court holds any provision of these terms void, the remaining provisions continue in force.

وعدم مطالبتنا بحقٍّ في وقتٍ ما ليس تنازلاً عنه.Our not enforcing a right at a given time is not a waiver of it.
